What if you knew exactly what to do next?

The estimates vary, but at least 1 in 5 people are considered neurodiverse—more than half of us have more than one diagnosis.

6% of us have chronic depression.

4.4% of us are bipolar.

Approximately 12% of us have ADHD.

5.7% of us have anxiety.

And about 2.21% of adults in the United States have Autism Spectrum Disorder. That's around 5,437,988 people.

So what do we do, exactly?

The reality is, very few things were designed with neurodiversity in mind. Modern workplace productivity is based around systems that were designed in the industrial age. Even now, workers who have been more productive in the last few years than they have their entire lives are being forced back into workplaces for "morale" and "cohesion."

And with inflation and energy prices on the rise, plus the increasing instability of the job market, entrepreneurs (especially those that identify as freelancers or solopreneurs) are going to experience more uncertainty over the next few years.

The next step in your journey.

The thing that unites us all in neurodiversity is executive dysfunction.

However, the ways in which this shows up are many, and no two people have exactly the same struggles.

Have you ever seen an audio switchboard? It's helpful to think of executive function in this way. Some of them are on, some of them are off, some are stuck in the middle and the light is flashing.

Knowing which parts of executive dysfunction affect you the most is key.

Because instead of just expecting that you'll somehow figure this out on your own (even though that's never worked before), you can finally give yourself enough grace to make accommodations.

Maybe you need to hire a housecleaner. Maybe it's about having someone else cook. Maybe you just need 8 hours of sleep a night, and you'll be a whole new person.

It's about understanding yourself enough to know what you NEED.

I promise, you aren't just being lazy. You don't need to read another productivity book, or try another morning routine.

YOU aren't the problem. Executive dysfunction is life on HARD mode.

Working with Briar hasn’t just been a game changer in my business, it’s changed my life because I see obstacles differently.

I thought I was incapable of moving ahead with my big ideas and projects but really I didn’t have the systems. I needed the systems to see where I actually required support. Briar not only helped me see the way through, and take steps to implement but she also showed me through support and encouragement, that I could do it. I’ve honestly never felt so supported. I couldn’t have expected it to be this great.

Before working with Briar I was worried that I would be working with yet another coach who didn't understand me or the way my brain works.

Briar did an excellent job of pivoting and helping me find methods that work for me instead of pushing me into a cookie-cutter form of business. Briar is definitely the coach for the neurodiverse mind because she gets it.

I didn't feel any guilt or shame when working with her, just understanding and accountability. I highly recommend her!

How this works:

  • We start with neurotype self-diagnostics, so that we have as complete a picture as possible.
  • Then you'll get access to what more than one person has called "the most amazing questionnaire EVER." I'll ask about your business, your numbers, your habits, and everything in between.
  • You'll pick ONE area of focus that you want me to highlight (but don't be surprised if I pick something else entirely).
  • Then you'll have thirty days of Voxer access to me during my office hours. We can talk about what's working, what's not, and what you can do to solve the problem.
  • Want a 90 Day Action Plan? Then you need a complete Neurotype Audit.

What you'll learn:
  • Once you have your next action, you'll be able to both see AND implement the small changes that will make a massive difference to your quality of life overall.
  • The effects of executive function have a cascade effect. Once you identify the keystone habits, all the other things quickly fall into place.
  • You'll finally be able to see the ways in which dysfunction affects your life, and how to design accommodations for it.
  • PLUS, if you do get off track, you'll know what you need to do to fix things.
How long this takes:
  • You'll have access to the self-diagnostics immediately. Depending on the test, these take an average of 20 minutes to complete.
  • The questionnaire is totally self-paced and typically takes about an hour to finish.
  • Once we've received your materials, We'll schedule your 30 minute focus session.
  • After that, you're free to drop in to office hours whenever you need help.
Once you understand what is missing from your life, you can start taking meaningful steps. I need you to understand, this information has been withheld from you. Maybe not deliberately, but once these pieces click into place for you, you will actually be able to do all the things you've always wanted to. Because instead of feeling stuck, you'll feel like you have the resources to deal with whatever might come your way.
Making accommodations for yourself is like finding EASIER mode.
